This weekend was jam packed with good times with good friends. We kept the birthday month going strong on Saturday night with a twin b-day dinner to The Crow Bar with Mark & Sarah. It was good times and we love hanging out with the
Fitzpatrick's so it was a nice treat! Sunday morning/afternoon was filled with running errands to Target & Costco which is how I like to celebrate my birthday :) Then later in the evening
Allee & Barret and me and Kirk went over to Wendy & Dave's house for dinner and game night. Ironically enough, we never played any games on game night. It got a little too late and Sunday is a "school night". We spent the night cooking, talking and shaking from the earthquake that hit.
Allee & Barret were in charge of dessert and they made
Churro Sundaes. People...the pictures do not even give the best impression of how good they were. The greatest part about their fantastic dessert is that they picked up the
churros from El
Pollo Loco - 2 for .99 people. They were awesome! Guess who is going to make The Crazy Chicken one of their regular dessert stops from now on? Here are some pics from the night of fun.

The Woods...how cute are they?
Allee spent a little while trying to figure out how to work the microwave. "
Kitchens hate me" is what she said as she found the quick minute button and pressed it. Next thing you know she is opening the microwave with a big gasp to see the chocolate boiling over and smoking. She cracks me up. Her response to seeing this was "My quick minute turned into a chocolate
explosion."
